To bring your stories to life efficiently and beautifully, we use AI-powered tools (including language and image generation) as part of our creative process. These tools help:

Every story is reviewed and edited by a human before delivery to ensure emotional sensitivity, storytelling flow, and personal alignment.
3. Content Responsibility
All content you submit (text, photos, audio, etc.) must belong to you or have permission for use. By submitting, you agree we may use your content solely to create your storybook.
We will never publish or share your story publicly without your written permission.
4. Delivery & Revisions
Turnaround times vary based on the edition you select (Solo, Duo, or Deluxe). We currently do not offer multiple revisions but may accommodate small adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
5. Usage Rights
Your final storybook is for personal use only. You may print or share it with friends and family, but not for commercial resale or redistribution.
6. Refund Policy
Because each storybook is made-to-order and personalized, we do not offer refunds after work has begun. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
